What we mean by “unlimited” on the pricing page.

Almost every B2B sales team falls comfortably below the limits below. If you’re an outlier, we’ll talk before anything happens. No throttling, no surprise invoices.

The soft caps

  • Up to 200 reps per tenant.
  • Up to 10,000 routed records (leads + contacts combined) per calendar month.

These cover the normal operating range of B2B sales teams. If you’re inside them, you’ll never hear from us about usage.

What happens if you exceed them

Nothing automatic. We don’t throttle, gate, or auto-charge. You’ll get an email, we’ll talk about your volume, and we’ll either keep going as-is or move you to a custom arrangement that fits.

Why the caps exist

LeadRouter is built and operated by a two-person team. The caps exist so that one outlier customer doesn’t degrade service for everyone else. If your team genuinely needs to route hundreds of thousands of records a month, an enterprise router like LeanData is probably a better fit.

Abuse

Volume that looks like load testing, scraping, or anything outside the documented use of the product (lead and contact routing in Salesforce) is not covered by “unlimited” and may be rate-limited or terminated under our Terms.
